    I enjoyed great value for my money with a beautifully designed, spacious room that provided a comfortable retreat. The location was superb, close to shops and eateries, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

    The food for breakfast could use more variety in the plant-based options.

    Amazingly helpful staff, traditional breakfast, magnificent location just off a major department store, eating areas, and the major sightseeing spots as well as the HSR train station. Brand-new and good sized rooms with private bathrooms. Excellent service, value for money.

    The location of this hotel was perfect! Super close to a huge mall with tons of food options, and just a short walk to Family Mart, which was super convenient. The pool was more excellent than I expected, and I loved how attentive the lifeguards were. Plus, they had a shuttle bus for tours, which made exploring so much easier!

    My experience was majorly dampened by the staff's snobby attitude. I felt judged based on my passport and skin color, which was really uncomfortable. It was a bummer because the service could have been great if they treated everyone better, regardless of where they were from.

The spacious junior suite featured modern decor and a lovely view of the lush pool and garden. The attentive staff made our stay nice, arranging everything from a baby cot to quick service for special requests. We especially enjoyed the buffet breakfast and the Kids’ Club, which provided a safe space for our little ones to play and have fun.

    great family stay but minor room issues

    The amenities for kids was really good with Disney-themed toiletries and slippers designed just for them. We appreciated the fresh fruits delivered daily but also enjoyed the inviting pool area that was well-maintained.

    The room could have been a bit more spacious.

    This hotel is in a super convenient spot, just a 10-minute walk from Tainan Confucius Temple and a short stroll to the park. My kids loved the outdoor pool and playground.

    My kids wished there were more kid-friendly meal options available at breakfast. A wider variety would definitely enhance the experience for families.

    The hotel catered to families! My kids were thrilled with the Disney amenities-a good surprise for our little ones. The pool was pristine and made for a fun-filled day!

    Although the jet noise from the nearby Air Force base was disruptive at times, it did not overshadow the overall family-friendly environment. Minor maintenance issues in the room also slightly detracted from the experience.
